Cheryl Sanctuary, BSN, RN
Cheryl Sanctuary is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she received a degree in Nursing.
As Director of Practice Operations for Springfield Hospital Cheryl is also the project manager for the local chronic care collaborative in Springfield, VT. In this role she serves as both a leader of the collaborative as well as a presenter. She has been involved in practice administration for 10 years as well as a triage nurse in medical practices for 10 years. Over the past 3 years she has been implementing the Chronic Care Model in her physician practices. She attended the Clinical Microsystem course at Dartmouth Medical School. In addition, she has taken two practices through the Vermont Program for Quality in Health Care's Collaboratives on Diabetes.
