Tony Merlo
Tony Merlo is responsible for overseeing all aspects of relationships with several Health Dialog clients, and leads a team that works on developing expanded health and productivity programs for implementation with all employers receiving Health Dialog services.
He began his career in strategy consulting with McKinsey & Company in New York City, working with clients in a wide variety of industries and markets. He then co-founded Selkirk Associates, a software and consulting firm, which pioneered delivering customer relationship management tools for use on personal computers. Next, he joined APM, Incorporated, a healthcare and financial services consulting firm. As a partner at APM, he was responsible for client relationships with several global banks and US-based healthcare delivery systems, with emphasis on new business development, quality management, corporate culture change, and population health management. Most recently, Merlo was a Managing Director and Limited Partner in Corporate Services Group LLP, where he continued to provide consulting services to his banking and healthcare clients.
