Heidi Lattig
Heidi A. Lattig is Director, Health and Productivity Programs for American Standard Companies. She provides leadership for the development, delivery, and evolution of the organization's health, productivity and wellness culture creation strategy for their 60,000 global employees plus family members. While still early in its maturity path, the innovative health management programs are successfully reducing health care costs and absence rates while improving the health status of employees and dependents.
She has focused on designing and delivering new programs to employees and dependents throughout her benefits career. Heidi has led cross-functional and cross-business teams in the development and delivery of rationalized and contemporized health & welfare, voluntary, affinity and health and productivity programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies, while at the same time meeting the needs of a diverse workforce. Before joining American Standard in a finance role, Heidi was an auditor with Price Waterhouse LLP. She earned her BS in Accounting with honors from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania and is a certified public account licensed in Pennsylvania.
