Charles Brackett, MD, MPH

Charles Brackett is a general internist practicing at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. He received his MD from Yale University and an MPH from Boston University. In addition to caring for patients and teaching, he is currently involved in two projects: "Shared Decision Making in Primary Care" and "Using Information Technology to Enhance Behavior Change Counseling in Primary Care".
