HistoryThe Center for Information Therapy (IxCenter) is an independent, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, not-for-profit that aims to advance the practice and science of information therapy to improve health, consumer decision making and healthy behaviors. Launched in 2001, the IxCenter acts as a catalyst for health care delivery innovation by diffusing Ix strategies through research, education and collaboration. A core function of the IxCenter is engaging with Ix proponents and industry leaders through its IxAction Alliance.The IxCenter is governed by a Board of Directors, chaired by Paul Wallace ,Medical Director of Health and Productivity Management Programs, Kaiser Permanente & Senior Advisor of Care Management Institute and KP-Healthy Solutions, Kaiser Permanente.
